    What an unprofessional experience. I called asking for help in filing taxes and he talked nicely and was going to schedule an appointment until it became a bit more complicated than a simple tax return. He actually changed his tone of voice and became short with me saying he wasnt going to help me. I was shocked he hung up on me after the conversation started really nice. I would never use this guy because he went from nice to nasty in a matter of seconds. WOW!
