  Friendly, positive and helpful are words that immediately come to mind as I review our experience with Jessie Clark at Enterprise in Huntsville. Without appearing rushed she got a great deal accomplished for us in a short amount of time to meet our needs for a care rental over Christmas.   I rented a car from for a few days. I was told the cost would be one thing, then my credit card was charged for 2 extra days. I dropped the car off on the Saturday which, closed at noon. I arrived moments before noon and no one was there and now I'm being charged for 2 extra days. I have been calling your establishment for 2 days with no answer. I have to rent a car again next week. This kind of service is terrible. Added to that when I arrived early to pick up my rental I waited 20 minutes at the front desk before someone finally came out and then was told to come back at noon. Absolutely horrible!

  NEW MANAGEMENT- the new manager is the nicest car rental manager I’ve met, we got an excellent deal and a free upgrade to a luxury sedan. Extremely helpful and kind, safe to ignore all the older reviews.

  It's not 'Enterprise pretend to be picking a car but really just jerk me around for 40 goddamn minutes' I was informed rudely.
