    Upgrading my phone to A5. Tech savvy, but impatient user. Staff member took the time to make the transition seamless. Kept the phone while it went through the upgrades using their WiFi, not my data.

    Refused to sell a floor model tv for a penny less then new price, even when told I could get the same model, new with double the warranty and shipped to my door for the same price. Tried to buy local and support the little guy, sorry it didn't work out...

    I was delighted by the end to end service. Couldn't get this level of service down in the 905/416. Loving Huntsville and The Source.

    It's really hard to find positive things to say from a customer service view. Very rigid, pressuring staff and sub-par selection / stock.
