  The service in The Hunstville store is horrific. Took weeks to try and get a quote for kitchen cabinets and every time I went in we had to start over. They finally quoted the cabinets in 2 different woods than I asked for and even after a month did not have answer on counter tops. After 6 weeks we went to a different cabinet company as we still were no where. Bought $12,000 worth of appliances and when we opened he stove it was broken. Home Depo would do nothing about the broken stove Had to pay to have brand new stove fixed. GE would not cover as they said it was cosmetic .. Home Depot would never not cover or replace. They kept blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer blamed them. Do not expect service or quality when dealing with Home Depot. They have lost me as a customer forever !!!

  I want to thank Martin in the appliance department for a great job helping me avoid a potential disaster this past weekend. I had a large number of people coming to visit and my refrigerator picked the Wednesday before to die. I had remembered seeing a great LG Fridge on sale at Home Depot sometime earlier and took a long shot to call the store about it. I got Martin in Appliances on the phone on Thursday early afternoon. He knew the model I was talking about, found there was still stock available, and helped me arrange the quickest delivery possible. I had the fridge by Friday midday sitting in my kitchen and ready to use!

  Fantastic experience on having materials delivered to cottage. When we realized we hadn't ordered enough, we went back in to see if there was any chance to get a 2nd last-minute delivery, on a long weekend no less. They stepped up, said they'd make sure we got our delivery one way or another, and it was there before 10 a.m. They were also kind enough to waive a second delivery charge which was much appreciated and unexpected. Thanks again!
