  I met Tom at the 2018 Toronto international boat show .he was so nice and kind to me and my wife.we were looking for another New boat and of course another crestliner. We traded our old crestliner in and We bought a 2016 brand new 1950 super hawk .Tom gave us a super deal better than any other dealer down there.and dealing with Homebrook Financing they were awesome and very nice .and great rates.i would recommend Tom at Huntsville marine to anyone.i can't wait till they deliver our new boat in April. Thanks again Tom for all your help and fantastic service.

  Great customer service! Rented a pontoon boat for the August long weekend and had a blast! Would definitely rent again!!

  I have had two very negative experiences here. My first experience involved a broken pull chord on an outboard motor. It took them a month to fix it and when I got it home it broke on the 3rd pull. I ordered parts on a separate occasion though Huntsville Marine. One of the parts was faulty when I tested it, when I returned the part I was charged for a new part, was charged the shipping to return the old part AND the new part. The part didn't arrive for 3 weeks and I was told that they would "do something for me". Apparently the "doing something for me" entailed giving me the number of their supplier and dealing with it myself. Nice. If you have ANY other option, choose it.

  Poor customer service. Booked a boat for a day, unfortunately the weather was poor but we decided to try enjoy ourselves. 45 minutes in it started pouring with rain so we returned the boat. I inquired whether we could be charged for a half day rather than a full day since we used the boat for less than an hour. The answer was a very unsympathetic NO. While I understand this is their policy, it does not seem like any way to get repeat business. It does also not explain the unfriendly customer service and the response that there "is nothing they can do". There certainly is something they can do as it is a policy which they choose to implement. We were also given the very worst boat on a day when we were the only ones going out on the lake. I will try somewhere else next time we are in Huntsville.

  Really the only place in town to trust your high end boat. These folks take pride in thier work and service! Great location. Great building. Great staff!
