    The counter staff are professional and courteous. As far as their Mortgage "Specialists", run away. I was warned of Elise's inexperience and lack of professionalism, regrettably, I did not heed those warnings. When my concerns were escalated, the Branch Manager agreed they had made large errors and stated they would rectify the issues. Going on six months and no resolution has been provided.... Thanks RBC for standing behind your word and your clients.
