  Upon the service manager reviewing my post he called the next morning to rectify this issue and assured me it would be addressed I appreciated the call of concern from him and wished more companies took these reviews as serious I have upgraded the number of stars to a 3 again thanks Darren .

  Quite an adventure on our trip north last week....our JEEP broke down and CAA/Baseline Towing took us to Armstrong Dodge in Hunstville. There we spent the day and got to know some great folks - Darren, Ryan, Nick, Dana and others - we had constant attention and helpful information from Service and Sales staff. There was no hope for the JEEP -- it has gone to its grave after serving our family faithfully for several years and now we are the proud owner of a Lexus Hybrid. We are happy with our decision and we know that we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff. Thank you all for making a bad day great!

  If I could post no stars I would I found two of the service counter employees to be extremely rude when it wasn't warranted if you don't like dealing with people then get out of customer service!!! This dealership was recommended to me now I would not recommend this dealership for parts or service to anyone I wonder if Mr.Armstrong knows how his service counter employees treat his customers. On another note if a serious repair is diagnosed on your vehicle here get a second opinion it could save you thousands !!!
