    Service department is not good at all, we have taken our 2013 escape, 2010 escape and 2014 focus in for service and recalls and all it has been is disastrous and very rude, we go to Bracebridge and it is totally a different dealer excellent Bickley employees should take some lessons

    This dealership has homophobic and islamaphohic staff. If you don't agree with these views, do the world a favour and shop elsewhere. You can buy comparable vehicles and the same price elsewhere and I BEG you to do just that. UNACCEPTABLE
