  Muskoka Hot Yoga is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to! It isn't like any other yoga class I have been to before - after each class I felt extremely relaxed, renewed and empowered! Sandra fosters a safe and inviting space that everyone from the most advanced yogis to the new ones (like me!) can feel comfortable in. I'm a runner, so the classes are the perfect way to lengthen and stretch out my sole muscles after a long run, or clear my head after a hectic day at work. I'm so happy I came across this studio during a business trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout

  Muskoka Hot Yoga is more than a place to get your sweat on! It is a place where I, not only get a fantastic workout, but a place to melt away the stresses that everyday life can throw my way. Sandra's yogi instructing style is superb! She adds in all the small touches that make it an exceptional experience. Namaste!!

  Anyone not familiar with the benefits of hot yoga needs to give this a try, you'll feel like a young and loose again and like you've cleaned all the cobwebs out of your joints. Great work on the new studio ! Great workout for the body and mind!
