  Our family and friends spent the Family Day long weekend (2018) here and had the most wonderful time. Rooms were clean and lovely, the amenities were abundant and the staff were incredibly kind, funny and helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return.

  Wasn't what I had expected for a "resort". We went as a new year's get away. The entertainment a video gala was shown on portable roll up screen. Heated pool very cold , unsealed windows, restaurant food disappointing. No inviting "common space". Ski hills looked great, very family friendly.

  The bedroom for three guests only had one bed (although I had been assured of two beds) and staff didn't know that the couch pulled out into a bed. Makes me wonder the last time the sheets were changed on the sofa bed. Temperature controls in the room made no difference. Children yelling and running up and down the halls from early morning until past midnight with no staff or parental intervention. Sound travels easily between connecting doors (2 of them in our room). Came back from an outing in the morning to find our bedroom door open and no cleaning staff nearby. We were in our room for several minutes before the cleaner returned. All of our belongings could have easily been stolen during that time. Saturday morning breakfast was tasty and the staff in the dining room were friendly during our visits there. Pop machine and snack machines out of service. I would never come back here

  Beautiful resort with excellent food and clean, comfortable amenities.

  I stayed last year and it was wonderful. Close to Arrowhead for skating and Skiing practically right on site.

  I WAS WRONG!! I'd rate room a 2 star at best, very cold, worn furnature (actually broken) in suite, holes in walls, and window coverings that don't close. The power went out for two hours. I know it wasn't the hotels fault but no complimentary anything and I was charge a mystery $14 three days later. About the only thing redeemable about this hotel is the buffet breakfast. Good selection and tasty if you can find a clean plate or glass to enjoy it. IDK what change in a year, I will consider other accommodations next year.

  I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful view of the lake and sparse cottages. Its located minutes from the built up town of Huntsville that has everything you could ask for. I stayed for a training session at the resort and was very happy with staff (Mark especially) and the food exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work.
