  This past week my Grandfather called Briggs Pumps & Plumbing inquiring about their services as the ancient piston pump in our house in Sprucedale had stopped working this spring. We were in need of a new pump and someone to install it. A quick google search brought us to Briggs Pumps & Plumbing in nearby Huntsville. After explaining the situation to BP&P over the phone, the man on the other end immediately replied "We are not in the business of giving free advice" and hung up. It was quite rude and horrible for business, I do not understand how they can make a profit if they 'hang up' on all prospective business leads. Needless to say we are currently looking elsewhere for help with a new pump.

  Called them tonight needing a new pump and pressure tank installed. Asked if they come to Sprucedale and all he did was laugh and say not unless we are there for another reason. Very rude.

  We would like to let people know the excellent service that Briggs Pumps and Plumbing provided. We were having trouble with water pressure and Peter was very helpful over the phone in diagnosing the problem and walking us through the process to fix it on our own. His advice was accurate and solved our problem in a matter of minutes. Other plumbers we called did not even return phone calls, but Peter was prompt, friendly, and most importantly, helpful. Highly recommend this service.
