  I have not only worked with Dan on 4 of my own real estate deals, but I have recommended him to several of my clients. Each time, he has delivered beyond expectations. I have had nothing but excellent service and advice from Dan, but some of my clients have had very unusual or tricky properties that other agents just couldn't manage - Dan was able to sell these each within a few days or weeks after months with no success.
